I used the eclipse tool to apply the eyes

FINAL PRODUCT:

Here we started with an image of a famous person. We then used the eclipse tool around the image that I used for his eyes. We then used the rectangle tool to create a banner with text on the bottom of the image. It is a midterm exercise from the Immersive Education course that I am taking at Boston College.
